Record a macro.

then go through all the steps you would need to set the print up with the mouse and menu. Hit the stop block on the macro recorder.
Then edit out the "ActiveCell" cell selections Excel put in, from your macro. (Macro - Macros - Edit). Give your macro a hot-key (Macro - Macros - Options, then select a letter key.)
The only other way I know is to menue set the new sheet the same as the first. Excel will remember what you set it to but opens each new sheet as default, so you need to set it.
Past Special can copy formats like cell widths, when default copy will not. Select the Paste Special items you need one at a time? JSW
