Opening Multiple Comma separated files

Is there any way i can write a macro which will automatically open 24 comma separated file.
For example i have file on my c:\Temp\3a.txt,5a.txt,220a.txt,5b.txt,55f.txt etc.
I like to convert them into excel sheet.
