Number of Sheets

Hello Everyone:

Does anyone know how to count the number of sheets
in a given Workbook and asign this value to a
variable?

Sub SheetCount()
Dim lngNumberOfSheets As Long
lngNumberOfSheets = ThisWorkbook.Sheets.Count
MsgBox lngNumberOfSheets
