Need Help With a Macro Using Excellink For Matlab

I am having trouble making a simple macro using Matlab functions. Basically what i am trying to do is take data from column 'A' sending into Matlab, performing some functions and bring the new data back and place it in column 'B'. I keep getting compiling errors or object errors and nothing is working. If anyone could shed some light on this I would be very thankful.

I don't necessarily need a macro. I could use formulas. These have worked before but I would need them to automatically update once new data in put into the document. If anyone knows how to get excellink functions to automatically update that could help too. Thanks.
