Merge Worksheets????HELP

I have a master worksheet that I am trying to send out to 5 salespeople. I want them to make changes and additions to the sheet and then send them back to me. I have shared the workbook, but when I go to merge them together the last sheet over writes the previous merged doc?
Can anyone help with merging all of the changes and additions into one mastersheet??? Thanks.

Why not just write a macro that will import the different worksheets from the salespeople into your master. Just name each sales worksheet for who you send it to. Then let the macro bring in your data.
