Maximizing Excel and the workbook in it

Is there a macro that will maximize the excel application (assuming its open and not maximized) AND the workbook when opening an excel file (workbook_open() )? Thanks :)

Put this in your ThisWorkbook module

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
application.WindowState = xlMaximized
End Sub
