Macro warning error

when I open a n excel file containing a macro I get a message saying thast the file contans macro's and an option to enable or disable the macro's
how can I get this message not to pop up

This setting is under Tools>Macro>Security. The only way to disable this message is to set the security level to LOW which I personally don't like to do. If your workbooks are the only ones you are working with then it may be all right, but if you recieve any workbooks from other sources conatining macros then I would be very hesitant to set the level to low.
