Macro Warning

I have deleted a previously used macro from a workbook I have created, but whenever I open the workbook now, I still get a warning saying that the Workbook contains Macros, and do I want to disable them etc...
How do I get rid of this prompt, when the macro is not present?

Try to delete Module1. Do you have something in ThisWorkbook ?
B-Plan : copy paste all your sheets in a new file...
C-Plan (disable warning): go to Tools/Macros/Security and check low level box.
