Macro from Excel 97 not working in Excel 2000

I have copied my Personal.xls from Excel 97 to the same folder in Excel 2000. Now I am getting an error saying that "Personal.xls is already open. You cannot open...". It will not let me run the Macros. Any help would be appreciated.

Try re-assigning the macros to the buttons.
