Macro for saving Documents

I managed to make Button for saving, now i only need code as following ... Have more worksheets withing one document, and want to save Document as f.e ("worksheet1!A3"-"worksheet2!B1" "worksheet3!C7".xls)
Can someone tell me how to write codes for this one? I know codes have to be applied to Button i made ...

ofcourse, as i said before i made button (with VBA tools), nothing but common button. In Document itself there are 8 worksheets, in 2 of those worksheets there is stuff i need to have in Document name. There is unique number (In Worksheet1!A4), name (Worksheet4!B2), and birth date (Worksheet4!C5). Now i want, when i hit that VB Button, that my Document will be saved as XLS Document with name "unique number-name-birthdate.xls". Same as i would make "file-->save as" and give the datas by myself, but i have so many names to do that this can be time wasting, so i thought i can do this with this button, just need codes for it.
