Macro/database capture

Is there anyway of setting up a macro or routine, to update a linked database file auotmatically, or even just have the macro show me the option box "Template File - Save to database",

Like In the invoice Spreadsheet solution there is an option on the invoice toolbar "Capture data to database"

Hi Ben

There a few ways to do this and is explained in detail in the Excel help. Push F1 and copy this:
"Ways to retrieve data from an external database"
into the help.
