is there any macros that can prompt for passwords whenever......

the file is open..let say..the filename 123.xls..

everytime when somebody open it, before it can

open entirely.it will prompt and asking for passwords..

i hope there is any.coz i have many files

and many of them have been stolen..thanks

Do it the easy way. Open the file. Pull down the File menu and select Save As..., Click on Options..., enter a password in the blank provided for Password to open, and click on OK. Renter the password and then click OK. Then click Save. Now anyone opening the file will need the password to open it.
