I purposely deleted my Macros but Excel still thinks I have them.

Each time I open the fle, Excel gives me the Virus warning, thinking
the file contains macros.
But I've eliminated the macros.
How do I get rid of the cursed warning?

Check if you have deleted them everywhere. Open VBA editor and check for modules, forms and etc. and remove any code left.

How do I find macros in vba editor?
I don't know Excel.
I use Quattro.
I've opened VBA Editor, but I don't see anything about macros.
Where should I look?

In fact, in VB Editor, if I click RUN- MACRO...
there aren't any macro listed.
Because I've already deleted them!

what sheet were the macros on? are there any modules or forms?
right click and select view code. make sure that everything is blank. if there is a module - delete it.
