Formatting after Importing a Text File

Greetings All!!!
Here's the situation:
I'm importing a tab-delimited text file into Excel. No problem there. That is easy enough
Once I get the data into Excel I would like to format the text (i.e. some cells would be right aligned, or centered)
Here's the question:
What is the easiest way to accomplish this? I was thinking of trying to use the old Lotus1-2-3 characters "'" = Left, "^" = Centered, etc.
What do you think?

Al easy way to get the correct syntax would be to record a macro. Just start recording then do all the formatting you would normally do, then view the code and it will be written properly. You will need to clean it up a bit since it will record everything even scrolling, but it will give you what you want.
