Excell copy macro

this is my second request about this problem i need a solution urgently. excuse me for posting twice

I need a macro that will start in cell C3 it gets the value of that cell and copies the line to a new workbook
return to the original book,go 1 cell down to c4 if the value is the same as in the past cell(c3) then also copie that line to the new workbook
return to the original sheet,go 1 cell down to c5 if the value is the same as in the past cell(c4) then also copie that line to the new workbook
if the value found is different open a new workbook and copie the line to the new workbook etc..
suppose i have in column c the following values
c1 = 5
c2 = 5
c3 = 5
c4 = 7
c5 = 8
then i must get 3 new workbooks with in workbook1
the lines with value 5 in workbook 2 the rows with value 7 and in workbook 3 the lines with value 8

please can anyone help me i am stuck with this problem
