Excel font change

This is a strange one. When I change the font in my excel spreadsheet, it won't change on screen. It does print the new font and it shows on preview but not on screen. Any suggestions?

Varify or remove and reinstall Excel its not responding correctly :

Ele one or the MCSE boys or Microsoft that one!
