Excel Email Macro

I am trying to incorporate a macro into an excel 97 worksheet to enable it to be sent to a specified email recipient. My macro brings up Outlook and attaches the worksheet as an attachment but leaves the To: box empty. How do I write code to send the email to a specified recipient?

Can anyone help?
