Difference function or macro

I track some data incrementally (i.e., 0-30, 31-45, etc.) on a weekly basis with a rolling 4 week count and my boss wants to see the Diff(as he callsl it) between between last week and this week. "How many came in and how many went out." Is there a way to show this 'diff'?

It sounds like all you have to do is subtract one from the other. Is there any additional data which you may want to share? If you are counting the number of "things" in 0-30 for week 1, you can just put in a few additional columns, then do a simple subtraction or addition.
