One way is export it from the first Wbook, (In VB Editor, right click in the module, Export...), then in the second one, right click in one of the sheets module (Or in any module), click Import, and select file.

Thank you. You answered a question about the Paste Value icon & I found it & added it to my toolbar but it's dimmed out & therefore unusable. Ehat do I do now?
Just select a range, copy it (Either by clicking the copy button or Ctrl + C), and then it should be "available".
