The simple answer is just to copy the workbook with the macros onto the other computer.
If this doesn't work then the macro is probably in their personal.xls. For an reasonably detailed explanation of this, then goto this link and start at Step 4. :

Export the macro default is *.bas and email, floppy and then inport it, so copy no as you cant paste it but load in you can.
