Converting numbers to a word string

I'd like to have a cell convert a number, i.e.. $7,352.35 to text or words, i.e.. "Seven thousand three hundred fifty two dollars and thirty five cents".
Is that possible???

This is available when you use the free ASAP utility available at
www.asap-utilities.com
Once installed, look under the numbers option
