changing upper case to lower and vice versa

Is there some simple means by which I can change the case like in MS WORD (ALT+FORMAT ,CHANGE CASE...) rather than write a macro?

You can use the formulas UPPER(), LOWER(), PROPER() to create new sets of data and the just copy this over the old stuff.
