Automatically executing a macro when opening Excel

I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to have a macro automatically execute when you open the worksheet that it is in? If so, I would appreciate it if you would share the code.

2. Is it possible to write a macro in MS Outlook to automatically export the mail messages in a certain folder and save it to a *.txt file on the hard drive?
