Auto Open Macro and Disable Warning Message

Hi, I have a workbook called "Image". Within this workbook contains several macros. When I open the workbook, a dialogue box comes up asking me if I want to Disable or Enable the macro. I know how to turn this off permanentely, but I need to send this workbook out to other people as well, and it must contain the macros (Others may not know whether to enable the macro or disable the macro).

What I want to know is, Is there a macro out there which will automatically disable this warning box and enable all macros when I open the workbook "Image"?. (i am not writing viruses)
