Ambigous name detected Private Sub Worksheet_Change

Hello:
I need to use Private Sub Worksheet_Change twice in the
same Sheet2 code, I've tried a few differant things with no
luck, any ideas?

Can I ask why you need two subs? How will Excel know which procedure to use? If you explain your problem maybe there's another way around it.
