Activating the built in Data Form

I have a workbook with several worksheets in it. From a "home" page, I want a user to be able select a button and have the corresponding worksheet's data form pop up.

I don't have a lot of knowledge of Visual Basic, so if I need that, can somebody please walk me through the necessary steps?

I have no knowledge of VB either, but have created a similar spreadsheet. I just recorded a macro. Menu Tools|Macro|Record, name it the sheet you're going to, select the sheet and place the cursor in the list, Menu Data|Form. Escape the datafrom and slect your "home" sheet. Repeat for each sheet naming the macros after the sheets. You can then create objects on the "home" sheet using drawing or whatever, identify them with the sheet name, right clic on them and assign macro.
