Is there a way to print out the excel screen exactly as it appears on your monitor, to show your toolbars and everything else.

Alt & Print Screen then go to Word or whatever and paste with Ctrl & V

by using Alt+PrintScreen, you capture only the active window. If the active window is Maximized, Alt+PrintScreen and just PrintScreen will yield the same results. If the Excel window is not maximized, you probably want to use Alt+PrintScreen
