Printing Page Fields in Excel 97

I have a pivot table which, when summarized at the highest level, prints on 1 page. I now wish to print a page for each of the items in a page field called "Location". I have 100+ locations - I could achieve my result by:
1)using the "Show Pages" command and printing all 100+ pages - but I have to update each one with a header and footer.
2) Dragging the Page field on to the Pivot table. But because the same amount of data is not on each page field, I cannot get the page breaks right without using Print Preview and Page Break Preview and manipulating all the page breaks - I can't see any forumlas which enable me to insert a page break on change of data field either

I'm sure there must be a smarter way of doing it!
Can you save me a few hours of pain?
