Problem with Pivot Tables

Hello,
How can I update the content of the datalists used to filter a pivot table? It show deleted and unsorted datas.

With the cursor in a cell of the pivot table, start the PivotTable wizard and press <Back to the point where the data range is displayed. Don't change anything (unless you do need to change the range, of course) and click on Next> and Finish. Then recalculate the table.
The new entries should show up. Click on an entry header and sort it, either with the Tools/Sort menus or the sort icons.
