Pivot Tables

How can I format a pivot table? I can format (color, numbers,etc)a pivot table after I bring back the results. However, when I change Page view the formats are gone.

Right click on the pivot table and choose "Select" and then make sure "Enable Selection" button is pushed in (it's kind of hard to tell, but you will see a little highlight around it if it's pushed in). You should be able to format now, and it will stay. However, I don't believe you can do Conditional Formating.
