Finding Linked Cells!?

How do you find Cells within a spreadsheet that have links in them? (other than using the show/hide formulas shortcut)

Do a research (ctrl+F) for the linked filename in every sheet of your workbook.
To remove the links, go to Edit/Links/update and select the file itself.

what if I dont know or cannot remember the name of a link, or perhaps there's a number of them!?

The list of the links is is Edit/Links...
If many, do them one by one. If you do this often, write a macro to do it for you, using ActiveWorkbook.LinkSources property and ActiveWorkbook.ChangeLink method
