Email message link from Excel

Hi,
I would like to have a custom button on a spreadsheet that would pop up an email message with the same message and to the same email address. I know this is probably really easy, but I could use some help. Thank you.

Try inserting a hyperlink, using Ctrl-K and typing something like:

mailto:emailaddress@name.com?Subject=Web Site Question

How do you enter the body text from there though?
