Worksheet as my desktop background?

Do you know how I can make a specific sheet the background for my desktop?

Go into the worksheet, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, paste the image into an art package and save it as a bitmap. If you then go into customise your desktop, choose the Background tab and then browse for the bitmap file you've created.

What is an art package? Imaging?

MS Paint will work.
