workbook on network server

I enter data into a workbook on a network server. The
workbook has to be accessed by several people. I understand I can set up workbook sharing to track changes but what about printing formats? I changed the print breaks so the sheets would print individually
But the change didn't show up when my boss accessed the
worksheet. Any suggestions?

BErnie: This can be done by using custom views on the view menu. Each individual can format the shared workbook to their own settings. This has to be done on each user's machine, but once a view has been saved, others may use it. Don't forget to select the save print setting optiions.
