word wrap / auto fit row doesn't work

I am having a problem with cells that have "word wrap" and "autofit" row height selected. After the row height has to adjust above a height of 102, the text will not show in the cell and only ########### is displayed. But other cells with identical options selected adjust for height well above 102??????

Hi Jeff
If are seeing ########### then it's the column width that isn't wide enough, not the row.
