What is the select all "button" called?

Ok, so it's not a button, but I didn't know what to call it.
On an Excel worksheet, just beneath the name box, in the intersection of the Row and Column headings, there's a little square you can click on that will select all the rows and columns on the sheet.

What's that thing called? Does it have a name?
Thanks.

You are right, it really is called the "Select all button". In VBA:
Cells.Select
will do the same thing.
Push Shift+F1 then click it!
