VIEW ALL IN EXCEL

Many tools have the "view all" option. The view size is changed to contain all the existing data on the sheet. How can I have the same option in Excel?

First select all the data, then
View/Zoom/Fit Selection

If you just want the column width to expand to the widest entry, just double click on the right margin of the column letter. That is, to expand column A, double click on the "bar" on the right side of the "A" that identifies that column.
