vba module in excell question

I have written an vba project a year ago and now i want to use some of it code again but my project is locked. when i try to open the properties of my vba project it says in dutch "project vergrendeld " in english could this be project locked and i only can click ok it doesn't even ask me for a password but i can't open it anymore.

can anyone help me
