Using =(cell) in different workbooks

I have two workbooks with 4 weekly worksheets.
In workbook A there is a column that contains the worksheet totals.
In workbook B I want to make a column that equals the column in workbook A.
My questions are:
1. Is there an easy way to copy the column into wrkbk B without doing each cell seperatly?
2. If I copy wrkbk A wrksheet 1 to wrkbk B wrksheet 1, can I copy to continue that to wrkbk A wrksheet 2 to wrkbk B wrksheet 2?

Anne,

In regards to you first question, select and copy the column you want to transfer. In workbook B, select where you want the column to go and select Paste Special from the Edit menu. In the dialog box that comes up, click on Paste Link.
