Two Excel windows open simultaneously

I have Excel 2000, is there a way to have two separate
instances of Excel running at the same time--similiar
to what you can do with Word 2000?

Hi Adam,

I'm running Windows 98 and NT. In both systems when I run Excel (I run it from Excel button on the Office Shortcut bar, but I think it works the same from the Programs toolbar) it starts up a new process every time. Have you tried this?
