Trying to figure out how to continue page 1 table to page 2

I am getting so frustrated with this. I don't do this often enough to retain the procedure. I am doing a table with tiles on top and a running total at the bottom of page 1. I get stuck when I get to page 2 continuing table. I can't remember how to bring the titles over and how to move the totals on one to two. In the end result of this table I might have 4 or 5 or pages and want finish product to have this appearance. Titles above each page continued from previous page and my end totals on the bottom of last page.
