Toggle with a commandButton

Private Sub CommandButton_Click()
UserForm1.Show
End Sub

IS IT POSSIBLE ON THE 2ND CLICK ON THE COMMANDBUTTON
TO HAVE IT HIDE OR UNLOAD. IN OTHER WORDS IT WOULD
TOGGLE SHOW AND HIDE.

I don't believe it is possible because the UserForm gets the focus when it is shown. You can put a button on the UserForm to hide it.
