timestamp in excel

I am importing sample weights to a spreadsheet from a balance and I want to timestamp them. I tried NOW, but it changes each time an entry is made. I would like to do this automatically, as the entry is inserted

The code will need to be changed so that it works only on the cells you want it to work on. Supply more details so that the changes to the code can be made.
