I have a text box on my sheet that the text fits perfectly into on screen and during print preview, but when I print it out it goes outside of the box. Any suggestions?

Hi Jamie,

Yes, I often encounter this annoying problem. Unfortunately, the only way I know of to get around it is to size the text box slightly larger. The problem is caused by the Excel application's inability to exactly duplicate the printer driver's text formatting. This failure to be perfectly wysiwyg is not limited to Excel, but seems to be common with just about every application, and may actually be the fault of the printer's driver.
