I have a worksheet for expense reports that I created. I locked all fields that do not require user input. I would like for my users to be able to tab to the required fields only. Is there a way I can set tab stops so that users don't have to tab through locked fields?

If you protect the worksheet containing the locked and unlocked cells, pressing tab will automatically cycle through the unlocked cells.
In addition, if you don't protect the worksheet, the cells will not actually be locked even though you have formatted them that way - the lock doesn't take effect unless the sheet is protected.
