synchronizing 3 columns on multiple worksheets with n a work book

Can Excel synchonize 3 columns on multiple sheets within one workbook? This is what I am trying to accomplish...is it possible?

I coordinate multiple special events at one time. I want the following worksheets:
*Master list of activities - one pre row - dates, location, confirmed participation.
*2nd worksheet to have all the above data with columns listing all the steps needed to be accomplished during the coordiation process
*3rd worksheet to have all the data from the first sheet, with a column for each of the marketing material details I track
*4th worksheet to have all the detail from the first sheet with columns that reflect the data submitted in the post event recap
*5th worksheet to list all the data from the first and a column to record all the budget data.

I want to be able to add a new event to the 1st worksheet and have that line added to all subsequent sheets in the workbook.

Is this possible or not???

Select all sheets at the same time, enter your new event in the active sheet, and the new event will also appear on the other sheets.
