Subtotals

I perform a two tier subtotal pertaining to a catalog analysis file. One subtotal is on each change in page # and then sum all dollars and the other is at each change in section and then sun all dollars.

When I click the two in the subtotal bar. I get my reults the way I need them but cannot copy out just that view without getting the hidden data.
Currently, I paste to values and manually sort out all non-totals and re-sort in a series that I set up.
I think I two column criteria filter may work like:

If column C contains the word Total then Filter and column D contains the word filter and them I could copy paste etc.

I cannot figure this filter out??
