stop someone from copying a workbook

Is there any way to stop someone from making copies of my workbook. I know you can disable the save as function, but they can still go to the folder where the file is and copy it from there. Is there any way to stop this?

Thanks
John

Hi John

while in the Workbook, go to File>Save-Options(for 97) Tools (for 20000 and apply a password.

Password protect will not help

I dont want to password protect it 'cause I need the users to be able to open it, I would just like to be able to stop them from creating duplicate copies of the program. Is this possible?

Re: Password protect will not help

Then in Windows Explorer select it's propeties and make it "Hidden". You will of course need to create a shortcut to it.
