Starting my computer with Outlook or Excel?

Hello everybody,
How can I boot so that Outlook will load automatically?
My windows is 95

Place a shortcut for excel, outlook, or whatever program you want in this directory.

C:\Windows\Startmenu\Programs\Startup

Thank you for yout answer,

Is it posibble to control which program will open first and which second and so on?
Is it possible to determine the place on the screen
or if it will be minimized and so on?

They should open in the order that they are listed in the startup folder. As for minimizing or orientating then it cant be done just by the startuup folder. You could use VB, but it would be complicated.
