sql.request

I've never seen this function mentioned on the board...anyone find SQL.REQUEST useful?

Much less get it working? I've got my ODBC connection up but still get a "#NAME?" every time I try to complete the formula.

Kevin use Excel Data | Get External Data menu
command instead.

It may be too late to help with this, the
original message was posted almost 8 weeks ago,
but I use sql.REQUEST in a few spread sheets to
automate the process of pulling data out of an
Access database and present it in an Excel
spreadsheet.

Only until recently have I had any problems.
I am currently having trouble getting a query
to work through the sql.REQUEST method even
though it works fine if I run it in Access.
